It's very warm down here in Merzouga. The head dress does look good! but also serves a very practical purpose, keeping cool! Loose but well covering and catches any bit of wind, with a hint of biblical flavour!
Our Storm of many faces is seen here with a hint of Johnnie Depp. Well, perhaps a touch better looking than the movie star!
He tries to convince Krysia that a camel ride will be good for the joints but she says ' been there, done that and it isn't ' ! So no way hosay .
Watching the sun go down, sitting on a dune.
letting the heat away, waiting for the moon.
Our beautiful campsite with the Sahara dunes surrounding us. Parked beneath the date palms with birds singing and camels passing nearby.
We are blessed with fine weather, which means no wind. Only last week, a turbulent sandstorm scoured the southern part of Morocco and deposited sand as far away as Wales! Hard to imagine as it is so peaceful now. We even have a dune side pool to swim in!!
Which allows our resident hottie Jaimie, to do a little photo shoot with her favorite photographer, Storm.

Phew, hot stuff!

Watch out Storm, there seems to be a young handsome fellow cuddling your girlfriend. Who can blame him? Old fool, loving his girl, loving having her with us.
Moments such as these, beautiful
Storm Dale, a lovely man.
Krysia Beynon, a lovely woman.
Alone on the dunes, never!! There is always someone who wants to come and chat and maybe sell you a fossil or a bracelet. They are all pleasant folk trying to make a living. This chap sat with the young ones and was lovely. Once he was aware there was no sale possible, he just talked to them and drew patterns in the sand.
As the sun sets, the sand gets deeper and the sky so blue.
The shadows bring out the best of shapes and we don't even have to move from our van. All unravels before our eyes, in front of the tent, in front of the van.
We're in a magic land, it's so dry, so beautiful. We can only stay for a while, the air is dry, our breath knows it. Our skin is feeling it. We are not from these parts, we know water and humidity. Other times, the wind blows hot, the sand thick in the air. Visibility is limited and turbans a necessity! Amazing but quite daunting, we watch the sun set in the dunes of Merzouga.
The camel caravans carry tourists into the dunes for a quick hit of Sahara life. Everyone is having an amazing experience, if your health is good and the weather is fine, this is a wonderful place to visit. I think!!

INCREDIBLE pics!!! WOW!!! :) Beautiful places, beautiful people x x x
